Bugatti Veyron; a colors sleep (III)

We finish here the revision that we have realized these days, in our blog dedicated to the engine, to the different made versions of one of the more personal and spectacular sports ones of high scale of the history of the motorcar, Bugatti Veyron.

Pur Sang (top image):

This limited edition of the Veyron, he stands out for his aluminum bodywork without doing and for the use of major quantity of fibre of carbon in his construction what it derived in a 100 kilograms reduction in the weight of the set. Of Bugatti Veyron Pur Sang only five units have been made.

Grand Sport:

One of the last special editions of the Veyron, presented in the Contest of the Elegance of California, celebrated in Pebble Beach. His features diferenciadores are: his roof type targa (detachable) and some small esthetic detail as the white tone with which his bodywork is decorated.

Sang Blue:

Bugatti Veyron Sang Blue, debit his name to the combination of colors of his bodywork. Made of aluminum and fibre of carbon, it melts the color silver of the aluminum with the blue of the fibre of carbon. These two colors are tied historically to the mark from his beginnings.

Sang Blue is provided with a few rims of alloy decorated in two tones: diamond and blue midnight, which they help to print a bonus of exclusivity on the vehicle. His cockpit is upholstered with Gaucho leather, skin of high quality extracted from Argentine animals.

Bugatti Veyron GT:

The most powerful and rapid of all. The Bugatti engineers squeeze moreover the powerful one 16W to obtain up to 1.350 potency CV with a maximum pair near to 1.380 Nm. A gearbox of double clutch with seven relations helps to transmit the above mentioned potency to the wheels of the Veyron.

Thanks to this bonus of potency the Veyron it reaches the 425 km incredible number / h and spends from 0 to 100 km / h in 2,4 seconds. But there is still something more spectacular, thanks to his immense brakes, it is capable of stopping completely in 2,2 seconds after reaching 100 km / h.
