At the beginning of 2011 Ford reckons to initiate the commercialization of the new generation of the Focus. The idea of the American signature is to encompass his production, that is to say, that the Focus commercialized in the whole world share platform and a big number of elements. Thus the car will show a very similar design in the whole planet, with solutions shared on all the markets what will be translated in a cost saving and a major efficiency at the time of making it.
The new platform will be shared even by ten different models, including a sedan of four doors, which will form the base of the new generation of cars of the mark of the oval. The designed model joins the tastes of the American client and of the European, for it Ford's engineers have started a strategy named One Ford that optimizes to the maximum his products.
The strategy that is going to carry out the North American signature is possible thanks to the change that is experiencing the market in that part of the world, the American drivers already do not look for big vehicles, now they choose for more efficient, respectful models with the environment and with a more moderate consumption.

The present changes in the new Focus we will find them both in his exterior and in his interior. He emphasizes an increase in the number of multimedia devices of last generation with included tactile screen. Some of his mechanical components also have been re-designed to provide to the car of a better dynamic behavior.
The propellents with which the new Focus will be equipped will be completely respectful with the environment, of low consumption with technology included EcoBoost and direct injection. Finally, in spite of being at present a modality as for behavior on the market, the new Focus will be provided with all the technological advances necessary to adapt it to the new requirements of the user of the future.
