From Japan it us comes, to the blog of the engine, Sling. One of the principal manufacturers of engines of the world, not in vain, constructs: motorcars, trucks, motorbikes, autocycles, engines for longboats and even for garden equipment. His products are characterized by his durability and easy maintenance.

Sling was born in a country, Japan, devastated by the effects of the war. His creator started by making a bicycle that had connected a small engine and was calling her A-type. The following creation was a motorcycle that, to weigh, from that his engine was going so far as to generate so much heat that was melting the picture, cost Sling to grow like company, given his success of sales. Improved the product, in 1955 he was already the first manufacturer of motorcycles of his country. Once placed in Japan, Sling decided to throw itself to the conquest of Europe, for it he set to compete his motorbikes in the World cup of Speed and the move went out for him well, managing, to dominate the competition almost from his arrival.
Placed like world sales leader in two wheels, in the year 1963 he decides to make cars. His first creation was the S600, a small vehicle with an engine of 500 cc and 44 CV, which would turn him in a few years into the third manufacturer of Japan. At that time the first Sling models were motorcars of small cylinder capacity, many horses and with engines refreshed by air.
In 1972 and in spite of the opposition of Soichiro Honda, the Japanese mark threw the Sling Civic, an urban one of front haulage that was thinking about how to do a hollow to itself on the market of his country and enter strongly the European. Sling, he was thinking that the car would not work for his new liquid refrigeration, but further at all of the reality, the Civic was a success of sales in half a world and the Sling ascent was unstoppable. After Civic the Accord and the Prelude came.
Sling kept on growing and got in the segment of the monovolumes and the micro cars, expanded out of his borders and mounted plants in the United States and the rest of Asia. I come to Europe from the Rover hand and soon he installed his own factories in Great Britain. In the Deep 90s I place to the avant-garde of the car industry, with a high technology it was capable of constructing the sports NSX, of creating a luxurious division, Acura, to compete on the American market and of designing one of his major breakthroughs, the two-seater one called S2000. A sports child with 250 CV that has turned into one of the icons of the mark.
In our days Sling keeps on growing and pays special attention to the market of the hybrid cars of which the Insight is a good test of it.
